The Past and Present
Le Xin Catering Group was humbly founded in 2001 and has continuously served our customers with the utmost care and diligence throughout the years. I would like to personally thank each and every one for your continuous support during that period.
Moving forward, Le Xin Catering Group will continue to service you as your favoured buffet caterer for your social and corporate events while pursuing a partnership with a premium caterer for our Tingkat services.
The Future
After careful deliberation, we have appointed Kim Kitchenz Pte Ltd as the most preferred and qualified company to carry out this partnership.
Kim Kitchenz, operating as a catering central kitchen, has its main focus on Tingkat Home-Meal, Prestige Wellness Meals for the elderly and parents, and Authentic Confinement/Healing Meals for new mothers and people recuperating from surgery.
As one of the Tingkat industry’s pioneers back in the 1990s, Mdm. Tan Swee Kim and her son worked hard for almost 30 years to get Tingkat Home-Meal Delivery recognized in Singapore, with the simple belief that “Good Food comes with Sincerity”. Their experience and beliefs strongly resonates with us and was significant reason to pursue this partnership with them.
The effects from this change will enable us to streamline our operations and provide a wide range of benefits such as, increased fleet strength and location coverage, improved food quality and variety, consistency, and overall customer satisfaction.

Hainanese Chicken Rice, Thai Style Pineapple Rice, Yang Chow Fried Rice, Sambal Fried Rice, Hong Kong Noodle, Mee Goreng, Stir-Fried Hor Fun and Sin Chow Bee Hoon served on every Friday only.
No delivery within CBD, industrial and factory areas. We do not deliver islandwide.
For 10 days trial, please note that order must fulfill a continuous 10 days cycle (no skipping of days)
Due to condominium rules & regulations. we will apply additional $10 (10 days) / $15 (20 days) charge for condominium customers.

Terms and Conditions

This Terms & Conditions applies to the Le Xin Catering Group Pte Ltd Web Site/Service and does not apply to the content of third parties.
The Le Xin Catering Group Pte Ltd Web Site/Service (hereinafter known as “Service”) is offered to you hereinafter know as (“Customer”) conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
Your use of the Le Xin Catering Group Pte Ltd Web Site/Service constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
A. TINGKAT ORDER’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All our food are low in cholesterol, low in salt, uses pure vegetable oil and No MSG
B. TINGKAT SERVICE
We provide Tingkat lunch and dinner service from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
C. CONDOMINIUM SURCHARGE
Due to condominium rules & regulations. we will apply additional $7 (5 days) / $17 (10 days) / $27 (20 days) charge for condominium customers.
D. PAYMENT
a. Bank Transfer or Cheque payments must be made on the start day of every new order. For cheque payments, please make cheque payable to “Le Xin Catering Group Pte Ltd“. For Bank Transfer, upon confirmation of the order with our sales representative, a payment instruction with the bank account details will be sent to you.
b. Administrative fee of $20.00 will be levied for any dishonoured cheque received.
c. All payments must be made on the first day of service. We reserve the rights to terminate the service if payment is not received within the first 3 days commencement of meal delivery. Early termination of the service will be chargeable at: i. Number of days meals are consumed and; ii. $17.00 early termination charge
E. REPLACEMENT OF MEAL
The customer must notify Le Xin Catering Group Pte Ltd at least 1 working day in advance (before 2pm for lunch and 5pm for dinner) should he/she decides not to have the meal delivered on the stipulated day/date. Replacement of meal will be given for the skipped meal/s. It will be added in the next cycle/month. In the event of dispute/s, our company reserves the right to have the final say on the number of days/meals consumed based on our records.
F. TERMINATION OF ORDER
The customer must notify Le Xin Catering Group Pte Ltd by phone/email minimum 3 working days before the END date of the order. A new cycle of 20 days term will be renewed and imposed upon if we do not receive any cancellation or termination notice 3 workings days before the date of expiry.
G. CANCELLATION FOR CONFIRMED ORDER
No refund will be made should the customer cancel the service within or before the 20-meals cycle/order. No refund will be given for early cancellation or termination of order before the date of expiry. In the event where the customer has yet to make payments, early termination of the course will be chargeable at $17 admin charge
H. ADVICE
Food is best consumed before 1.30pm for lunch, and before 7.30pm for dinner. Customers are advised to store the food in the refrigerator upon receiving the food, and heat up via 2~3 minutes of high heat in the microwave, or 11~15 minutes of steaming prior to consuming the food, for hygiene reasons
